We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja  (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities

• Greet all office guests
• Receive letters, packages on behalf of the company
• Call the concerned departments through the intercom to attend to clients (proper knowledge on how to handle phones)
• Assist in providing qualitative customer service
• Keep updated records and files
• Must be familiar with basic Microsoft office applications
• Handle office correspondence
• Must be smart, intelligent and time conscious.
• Videography knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi task, learn new things quickly and work cooperatively with the managers to ensure the set goals is achieved.
• Applicant must be ready to handle other works given by the management.
• Applicant must have a good android / iphone as one of the work tools needed.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly
