Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior customer service representative to join our team.
• The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
• This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a customer-facing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Support: respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Issue Resolution: identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions.
• Order Processing: assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
• Documentation: accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: work closely with other customer service team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications

• OND, HND, BSC.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
