Job Title: Outsourcing Sales Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1,  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, delivery) to ensure aligned sales efforts
•  Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Managing of existing clients through visiting and coordinate and make all things align.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of sales experience in outsourcing or related industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CSP, CSM)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in Logistics will be an added advantage.
