Description

• We are seeking an innovative and creative Head of Marketing who can inspire and lead our marketing team. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Lead the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
• Develop and manage marketing budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals
• Utilize digital marketing channels and tools to reach target audiences effectively
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools
• Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience & knowledge: 8+ years’ experience in marketing in a senior leadership role with preference for multinational companies operating in emerging markets and elsewhere -
• Core competencies /skills:  All aspects of marketing and communications.
