Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team in the FMCG/QSR sector.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent in the FMCG/QSR industry.
• Enhance talent management practices, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Compliance & Policy Development:

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Change Management:

• Lead HR efforts during organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Support employees through transitions and ensure effective communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in the FMCG or QSR industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations specific to the FMCG/QSR industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
