Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing activities, contributing to the overall success of our agency and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to align marketing strategies with client objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in marketing operations or a similar role within a marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
