Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative.
• The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell spa services and products to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledgeable consultations to clients regarding spa treatments, products, and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the spa.
• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services, products, and industry trends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or spa industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
