Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive culinary and catering curriculum.
• Teach students practical culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Provide guidance on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Supervise and mentor students during practical assignments and competitions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a culinary instructor or chef in a professional setting.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students of different ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young people.
• A valid food handler's certificate.
