Description 

• They are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Security Officer to oversee the security operations of our school.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring their adherence to established standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security incidents and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to maintain strong working relationships.
• Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in security management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of successful security operations and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP)) is preferred.
