Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist for a locum position within our Medical Operations department.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to our patients, working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and other medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology.
• Current licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience CBT focused, evidenced-based approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Continued commitment to learning evidence-based best practices for mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Strictly adhere to NACP and security regulations to protect clients’ health information
• Commitment to measurement-based care
• Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into psychotherapy
• High degree of responsivity and willingness to collaborate with Health Connect 24x7 team of clinical and tech team
• Excellent written therapeutic feedback skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 Monthly.
