Job Title: Data / BI Trainee Programme

Job Role

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence/ Data Trainee to join our team.
• This trainee program is tailored to early-career professionals who have a strong interest in data wrangling, data analytics, business intelligence, data science, and/or data-driven decision-making. Based on skill set, selected candidates will be placed in functional areas such as Growth, Credit Risk, Data Science, Data Analyst and Business Intelligence during a 3 - 6 month period. At the end of the 6 months, the top trainees will be selected and offered full employment.  
• Candidates will be given significant responsibility and work directly with Heads of Department on critical areas of the business. All projects will be technical and require a high level of analysis & automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a Start-up, Fintech, or Financial Industry post-NYSC. 
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Logical thinker evidenced by strong numerical/data skills or programming/coding experience (SQL, Retool, Python, R, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Qlikview)
• Familiarity with data wrangling, processing and visualization concepts and best practices.
• Ideal candidates will be PRIMED - Passionate, Resourceful, Intellectual, Maverick, Execution, and Data-Driven.

Remuneration

• The expected remuneration is N250,000 net monthly.
