Job Description

• The Field Marketer (Sales Officer) will play a critical role in generating demand and driving sales through localized marketing efforts.
• You’ll be responsible for creating and executing field marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team with leads, and engaging directly with potential customers.
• This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Develop and implement localized field marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
• Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential leads through events, trade shows, and direct outreach.
• Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tools, content, and resources to engage prospects effectively.
• Event Management: Plan and execute in-person events, webinars, and partner events to drive customer engagement.
• Market Research: Gather and report on market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with local partners, customers, and industry influencers.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in field marketing or sales.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales processes.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
