Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • As a Commercial Executive, you will independently lead collaborations with sellers and business stakeholders to meet revenue targets.
  • You will utilize critical resources and engage in strategic conversations to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
  • Your role involves proactive engagement in planning and executing strategies with partners, driving accountability, and resolving cross-functional issues.
  • You will lead strategic collaborations, drive revenue growth, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Your role will involve deep engagement with stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge of sales strategies, and fostering strong partnerships to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deep Proactive Engagement: Lead collaborations, leverage resources, and drive strategic conversations internally and externally.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop pricing scenarios, conduct competitive analysis, and act as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Lead sales and management teams, craft deals, handle objections, and develop deal strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, secure upsells, and create customer-centric offers.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Drive adherence to commercial solutions policy, assess and escalate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Partner with leaders to negotiate complex commercial terms and drive accountability for negotiation outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience (essential)
    • Or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or related field) and 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • 9+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • Or Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • Or Master's Degree and 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • Or equivalent experience

Skills & Capabilities:
