About the Role

• We require only Male applicants for this position to join our already working female Customer Service Representatives.
• You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
• Understanding your job role is vital to our overall success and therefore we will be providing hands-on job training so you can help our customers get the desired results

Job Description

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

• Male Applicant required ONLY at this time
• BSc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready-to-work attitude and ability.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Self-motivated, delivers quality work and is proactive
• Result-driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate must be a self-starter
• Knowledge and experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing is an added advantage
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 5 years
• A dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
• Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Should be a resident of Lagos state, otherwise, it would be automatically be rejected
• Maximum Age limit of 30 years
