Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team and help drive our business forward.
• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.
• The ideal candidate will have an excellent leadership skill, and a strong customer service orientation.
• As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, while driving sales and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bakers, and support staff to achieve store goals.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and inventory control of bakery ingredients to ensure availability and minimize waste.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including events, and local marketing efforts.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of product quality, ensuring that all baked goods meet our brand’s standards for taste and presentation.
• Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, providing ongoing feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and ordering processes.
• Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in a food service environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for baking and a commitment to quality.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
