Job Title: Videographer / Editor and Photographer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer/Editor and Photographer to join our team at Rise Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.
• This role requires a professional who is both innovative and technically skilled in all aspects of video production, photography, and post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities
Videography & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts that align with our brand's goals and vision.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard software [e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.].
• Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and is delivered on time.

Photography:

• Capture high-quality images for a variety of purposes, including events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet brand standards and are visually appealing.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of photos and videos for easy access and future use.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure visual content aligns with overall branding.

Creative Collaboration:

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for visual content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
• Provide creative direction during shoots to ensure content captures the desired message and mood.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all visual content supports the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Editor, and Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
