We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Principal Associate, Principal Investments and Private Equity

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Vice President / Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential financial transactions or business projects
• Scoping and reviewing research, presentations and reports
• Developing and reviewing financial models
• Developing professional presentations for transactions such as: proposals, M&A deals, project finance and other related investment banking transactions
• Develop investment recommendations for financial advisory deals, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
• Applying analytical frameworks to solving clients’ business problems
• Support the Associate Vice Presidents and Partners to monitor project activities and transaction execution on a day-to-day basis
• Seeking opportunities for new engagements and working with team to develop and pitch Àrgentil’s investment offerings to potential clients
• Carry out research and analysis of financial information
• Able to keep up to date with market trends and transfer knowledge to improve work deliverables
• Acting as an advisor/mentor to project team members and client teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a reputable university
• A minimum of seven (7) years of post-graduation experience
• ICAN, ACCA or CFA certification
• An MBA from a reputable university will be an added advantage
• Females are Preferred for gender balance
