Job Summary 

• Kuddy cosmetics is a leading cosmetics store in Nigeria, We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Retail Store Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our store’s operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's financial performance, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that team members are motivated, engaged, and meeting performance expectations.
• Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service, addressing any complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Sales and Profitability: Drive store sales and profitability by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-presented, with attractive displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Financial Management: Manage the store budget, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing profits.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store maintenance.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the store complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with sales analysis and financial management.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
