We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Client Sourcing:Identify and source potential clients for corporate gifts and promotional products, leveraging your network and marketing expertise.
  • Lead Management:Follow up extensively on leads provided by the company, ensuring that each lead is nurtured and converted into a client.
  • Sales and Deal Closure:Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that deals are sealed within a 1 to 2-month timeframe.
  • Client Engagement:Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Feedback and Reporting:Provide regular feedback to management on client interactions, deal progress, and any challenges encountered.
  • Market Expertise:Bring your marketing expertise to the role, utilizing proven strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Transportation Management:Efficiently manage the transportation budget provided for client visits and other marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: OND or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a background in insurance sales being a strong advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Follow-up Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure deals are closed within the expected timeframe.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of bringing in new business and achieving sales goals.
  • Transportation: Must be willing and able to travel to meet clients within Lagos and beyond.
