Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executive.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive and flexible individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Handle email and phone correspondence
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentation
• Maintain files and records
• Provide general administrative support
• Anticipate and meet the executive's needs
• Handle confidential matters with discretion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
