Job Overview

  • We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team at Zuma Coffee Ltd. This is an on-site position that requires expertise in creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and managing our social media platforms.
  • The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to promote our brand across multiple channels, grow our online community, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube,Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to customer inquiries, and manage brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical skills.
