Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

About the Job

• We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Executive to lead our Talent Management Team and drive our people strategy and support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Team to achieve organizational objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and programs
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development
• Foster positive employee relations and culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies for growth and development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary
N80,000 / Month + benefits.
