We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-year job experience
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
• Energetic with a passion for customer service;
• Must be Computer literate.
• Have the ability to influence and collaborate with a team;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: N50,000 - N55,000 / Month  plus Commission or performance pay range from 0 - 40,000.
• Working within the office environment.
• Monday-Saturday + double pay for the weekend.
• Public holiday * 3 of basic salary been prorated.
• Weekly bonus.
• Seniority allowance.
• Transportation subsidy.
