We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Supervisor

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Manageand organizecompany documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Coordinateschedules and appointments for executives and other team members.
  • Maketravel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Coordinateadministrative staff and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Manageoffice supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • External Communication: Communicate with external parties, representing the organization professionally
  • Provide support and guidance on administrative matters to staff and stakeholders.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Requirements and skills

  • BSC OR HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • Proven 5 years work experience inan Administrative role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Sound understanding of Government regulation, procedures and policieswith a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
