Job Title: Waiter

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Greet and seat customers: Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages: Deliver orders promptly and ensure that they are presented attractively.
• Customer service: Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks, answering questions, and providing additional items as requested.
• Check on tables: Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
• Process payments: Handle cash and credit card transactions, provide bills, and give correct change.
• Clean and reset tables: Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next guests.
• Follow health and safety guidelines: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all restaurant and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team: Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Upsell menu items: Suggest specials or popular items to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
