Job Description

• The HR Outsourcing Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling HR outsourcing services to businesses.
• This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and delivering customized HR solutions that meet client needs.
• The HR Outsourcing Sales Officer will work closely with the operations team to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and generate leads for HR outsourcing services through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their HR outsourcing needs.
• Prepare and present HR outsourcing service proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and after service delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Solution Customization:

• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to design and deliver customized HR outsourcing solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Understand client business goals and challenges to provide relevant HR outsourcing recommendations, including recruitment, payroll management, employee benefits administration, and compliance.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance using CRM tools.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competition.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness for HR outsourcing services.
• Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR outsourcing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR outsourcing services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
