We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid work plan)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with over 5 years corporate work experience to join our creative team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our brand across various digital platforms.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Lead the design and development of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Digital Design: Create visually stunning and effective digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with product teams to design user interfaces for our fintech products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Marketing Collateral: Design engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and infographics, to support business development efforts.
• Creative Strategy: Contribute to the creative direction of the company, helping to shape the overall visual strategy and aesthetic.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design with company goals and product vision.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, especially within the fintech industry, to ensure our brand remains innovative and competitive.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience: Years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fintech or tech startup industry.
• Skills: Expertise in digital design, branding, and UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and branding work, particularly in fintech or tech-related projects.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
