Job Summary

• The Production Supervisor oversees the production process in a fashion house, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of garments or textiles. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to manage teams, timelines, and resources.
• By overseeing the production process, the Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the fashion house meets its quality, timeline, and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management:

• Supervise and coordinate production teams, including sewing, cutting, and finishing departments.

Production Planning:

• Plan and schedule production, setting targets and deadlines.

Quality Control:

• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing quality issues.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Material Management:

• Oversee fabric and material inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.

Time and Attendance:

• Manage team members' time and attendance, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and guidance to team members, promoting skill development and growth.

Communication:

• Liaise with design, pattern-making, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.

Problem-Solving:

• Troubleshoot production issues, resolving problems promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare reports on production metrics, analyzing data to inform improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., fashion, textile science, or management)
• Applicant must be ready to work extra hours when work demands
• Applicant must have a good Android/iPhone as one of the work tools needed.
