We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cleaning Location Supervisor (Janitorial)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of facility cleaning, pest control, and other related services.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor cleaning operatives to ensure effective supervision and execution of their duties.
• Enhance the working environment and business processes to support continuous improvement.
• Obtain and address customer feedback promptly, ensuring that all queries, inquiries, and complaints are resolved efficiently.
• Conduct daily quality control checks on site to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Manage the company’s logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Perform job inspections regularly to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Train new cleaning operatives on expected standards, quality of cleaning, and health and safety protocols.
• Implement strategies for quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning equipment and materials, ensuring timely reordering as needed.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all sites
• Monitor team's performance objectives and standards.
• Prepare, revise, and submit reports and other necessary documentation.
• Assist in implementing measures to motivate team and maintain positive team work
• Perform any other duties as required to support the company’s goals.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum previous experience in a facility cleaning company is compulsory
• Work experience with hospital facility cleaning will be added advantage
• Ability to coordinate, direct, and manage cleaning operatives in their duties
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
• Ability to manage team and lead team effectively
• Ability to conduct training sessions for new cleaning operatives
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
