Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Java, Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing SaaS products, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
• SaaS Product Management: Lead the development and management of SaaS products, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure architectures.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and product features.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Java, Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
• SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in building and managing SaaS products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
