• The ideal candidate will be a business-oriented professional with a passion for education, skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans to increase enrollment, revenue, and market share

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy aligned with the school's mission and vision.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and community partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships and revenue streams.
• Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and business.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Must be tech savvy
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or strategy consulting
• Strong understanding of the education sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
