Job Overview

• As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the hotel.
• You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office procedures, supporting internal teams, and assisting with guest services to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, handle guest inquiries, and manage complaints.
• Monitor office supplies, manage vendor relations, and assist in payroll processing.
• Support the management team with reports and compliance activities.
• Assist with HR processes, including staff attendance and performance monitoring.
• Help manage hotel expenses, petty cash, and basic financial tasks.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or hospitality role.
• Knowledge of basic financial tasks and hotel operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
