Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate structural work production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and assemblers.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, regulations, and quality control measures.
• Plan and schedule production, managing workflows, and allocating resources.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and optimize material usage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
