Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with at least 5 years of expertise in 2D design and above.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that our quality, innovation, and sustainability standards are met.
• This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, process, focus on 2D designs and other advanced architectural practices to create innovative and functional building solutions.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and designs are executed effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software and other design tools.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, promoting environmentally responsible practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on 2D design and proficiency in advanced design software.
• Proficient in architectural design software and tools, with a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong design sense combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working within budget constraints.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
