Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Financial Management: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and securing necessary capital for growth.
• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand the company’s market share and enhance brand recognition in the Nigerian real estate market.
• People Management: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, including legal, regulatory, and market dynamics.
• Attributes: Visionary leadership, innovation-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices.
