Job Summary

• Our Innovation Hub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps with a bias for machine Learning Models and operations to join our dynamic team.
• As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our machine learning workflows, managing the deployment and scaling of models, and ensuring the seamless integration of machine learning operations with our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modelling techniques to uncover patterns and trends in large datasets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniques.

Position Requirements

• B.Sc in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on designing and implementing machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, polars, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and feature engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with big data technology such as Spark and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
