Job Summary

• This key position requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or capital market fund raising, particularly in investments within the real estate sector. Additionally, educational qualifications and certifications in finance-related fields are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Investment Advisory Team: Take charge of the investment advisory team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive performance excellence and achieve investment objectives.
• ⁠Investment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective investment strategies tailored to the real estate market, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Sales Targets Achievement: Drive the team towards exceeding investment sales targets through proactive initiatives, client engagement, and strategic planning.
• Leads Generation: Implement innovative approaches to generate leads for real estate investments, leveraging market insights and industry trends to identify lucrative opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Manage investment pipelines efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of potential opportunities and effective conversion strategies to drive business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing expert advice, personalized investment solutions, and exceptional service delivery.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

Requirements
To excel in this key leadership role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Possess a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience: Demonstrated experience in investment banking, finance, or capital market fund raising, with a proven track record of success in investment advisory roles within the real estate and the financial service sector.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement innovative investment sales strategies that will aligned with business goals, market trends, and client requirements.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Proficiency in achieving investment sales targets, generating leads, and effectively managing investment pipelines to drive business growth and profitability.
