Job Description

• As the CTO, you will oversee all technical aspects of the company and work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals.
• You will be responsible for developing our technical vision, strategy, and implementation plan to enhance our products and services while ensuring scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to drive business growth and efficiencies.
• Lead the technology team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and deployment of IT systems and software solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into all areas of the business.
• Manage technology budgets and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven company.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technological trends into business opportunities.
