We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage programs in alignment with the foundation’s mission and goals.
• Oversee program implementation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive program success.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate impact, and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.Sc./B.A. in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
• Age: 30-45 years.
