Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Market Research:

• Understand user needs and behavior patterns, and identify market trends.
• Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp) to run promotional campaigns

Activity Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement attractive promotional activities to attract new customers
• Develop different types of activity plans to engage customers

User Growth and Retention:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase the number of new registrations.
• Formulate user retention strategies to enhance user retention through continuous interaction and incentives.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of activities and user behavior data to evaluate the return on investment.
• Optimize activity design and execution strategies based on data analysis results to continuously improve user engagement and turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field .
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
• Innovative thinking and activity planning skills, capable of designing and implementing effective promotional activities.
