We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creche Coordinator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the crèche, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
• This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, maintaining standards of care, and fostering positive relationships with parents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the crèche, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and childcare standards.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise crèche staff, including assistants, and caregivers.
• Monitor the progress and well-being of babies, addressing any developmental concerns or special needs.
• Provide high-quality care to infants and toddlers in line with the school’s guidelines.
• Maintain a detailed record of each child's progress, including physical and social development.
• Document the child’s sleeping and eating patterns for record-keeping purposes.

Expectations

• Must have excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Must love babies and have capability to create and coordinate creche activities such as creating suitable feeding schedules to meet child's developmental needs, skills to maintain hygiene in creche and create fun age-appropriate activities to help child meet developmental milestones.
