Job Title: Chief of Staff

Role Overview

• The Chief of Staff will work closely with the MD, providing strategic, operational, and logistical support across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex tasks, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the MD’s priorities are effectively executed.
• The Chief of Staff will be a trusted advisor, streamlining the MD’s workload and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Partner with the MD to develop and implement strategic initiatives across all projects.
• Assist in setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
• Oversee the execution of critical projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Operational & Logistical Support:

• Serve as a point of contact between the MD and other executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Manage the MD’s schedule, prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency and focus on high-impact activities.
• Coordinate all logistics related to the MD’s local travel, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for the MD’s meetings and engagements.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on key projects.
• Provide guidance and support to project leads, ensuring they have the resources needed to achieve their objectives.
• Identify and address any operational bottlenecks or challenges, facilitating problem-solving across departments.Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between the MD and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Represent the MD in meetings, events, and other engagements as required.
• Prepare briefing materials and talking points for the MD’s interactions with stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s operational infrastructure, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics plans, including travel, events, and high-level meetings.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and relevant software.
• Leadership: Ability to lead by example, inspire confidence, and foster a collaborative environment.
