Job Title: General Manager

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, strategy, and direction of Matrix Design and Works.
• This includes driving business growth, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining a positive work culture and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement company-wide strategies and goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Have a firm grip of the company’s processes and affairs.
• Demand results and reports from all departmental heads.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Expand product lines and markets.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and administrative functions.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, optimal productivity, and high-quality output.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, and growth.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.
• Foster open communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Product Development:

• Oversee design, development, production and quality of all Matrix design and works’ products.
• Ensure products meet market trends, customer needs, and quality standards.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
