We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the correct products are stored and organized efficiently. Monitor stock rotation and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, overseeing daily activities, and evaluating performance.
• Shipping & Receiving: Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly and on time. Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding shipping schedules.
• Warehouse Layout & Efficiency: Develop and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to maximize space and streamline operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of materials and compliance with industry regulations (such as OSHA).
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders. Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts) is in proper working condition and coordinate regular maintenance or repairs.
• Cost Control: Manage the warehouse budget by controlling costs related to storage, labor, and transportation.
• Problem-Solving: Address any discrepancies with stock, late deliveries, or equipment failures, finding quick and efficient solutions.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 Monthly.
