We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide overall support to ensure smooth operation of the business. If you have excellent multitasking skills and a passion for fashion, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during important business discussions.
  • Assist with personal errands, event planning, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
  • Conduct research and compile reports for the executive team.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate shipments, and handle other office-related tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for events, fashion shows, or photo shoots.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the executive team.
  • Help manage special projects, from fashion-related activities to operational duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or background in the fashion industry is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in fashion and a desire to be part of a creative team.
