We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

• Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepare action plans for self for effective search of new clients, sales leads and prospects.

Day to day responsibilities agreed with your manager to include:

• Manage, direct and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance
• General administration of all insurance provisions
• Effective liaison, support and assistance with the team
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of insurance, including surveying and measuring governance, performance, administration of the team
• Utilise systems to manage insurance functions, analysis and documentation
• Direct the development of plans for insurance, including management to achieve targets
• Developing plans for insurance progress
• Support to all other departments with insurance related issues
• Subject to agreed criteria; recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
