Job Summary

• The Product Analyst for MSME Instant Loan will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing loan products tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
• This role involves conducting market research, analyzing product performance, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's success.

Job Details

• Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct research to understand market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate product success. 
• Prepare and present reports on product performance to stakeholders.
• Work closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to support product development and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze user experience and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
• Identify and address issues related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. Develop solutions and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
• 4-7 years of experience in product analysis, product management, or business analysis within the banking sector, specifically in MSME lending or related financial products.
• Experience with financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and product lifecycle management in a banking context.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
