Job Summary

• We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketer with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent storytelling skills and a proven track record in digital marketing for aesthetic services.
• You will be responsible for driving the online presence and engagement of UNNO Health Group and its subsidiaries, including Skintivity Skincare, Skin101 Clinics, Ashley Medical Services Limited, and Luminuex Technology.
• The role will involve creating compelling content, optimizing digital channels, and developing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
• Create engaging and persuasive content that tells the story of our brand, services, and products in the beauty, aestheticand wellness industry.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience interaction, and performance analysis.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized communication that drives engagement and retention.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities in the aesthetic services sector.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and materials.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Manage online ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram ads, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives, identifying partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches, ensuring they are communicated effectively online.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-4years) as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry, including aesthetic services.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of how to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, particularly in the beauty and wellness sectors.
• Experience in managing paid digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) with a track record of driving growth.
• Knowledge of website management and SEO best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
