Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Platforms Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our digital sports betting platform.
• The successful candidate will ensure optimal platform functionality, enhance the user experience, and maintain peak performance.
• This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing platform-related projects, and driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sports betting platform, ensuring optimal performance and an excellent user experience.
• Monitor and analyze platform metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards to maintain platform integrity.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard user data and prevent fraud.
• Track financial performance and report key metrics to senior management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed for platform growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Certification / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in platform management or similar roles within the digital or sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of platform operations, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in analyzing platform performance metrics.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate on platform-related projects.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to report key data to management.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
