Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, growing market share, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration of our Solids Control Services.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote Solids Control Services, including digital marketing, content development, and client presentations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients across the oil and gas sector.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales and marketing within the oil and gas industry, preferably in solids control services.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs within the drilling industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and profitable margins.
